Welcome to Chicken Road! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Chicken Road("the Game"). By downloading, accessing, or playing Chicken Road, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. License to Use the Game
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Chicken Road for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Chicken Road.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
- Use cheats, bots, exploits, or any unauthorized tools.
- Use Chicken Road for any unlawful purpose.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if any suspicious or harmful activity is detected.
3. In-Game Purchases
Chicken Road may offer virtual items, in-game currency, and content available for purchase.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
Virtual items and currency have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other assets outside the game.
We reserve the right to modify or remove virtual items at any time.
4. User Conduct
When playing Chicken Road, you agree to:
- Respect other players and avoid offensive, abusive, or harmful behavior.
- Follow all applicable laws and game rules.
- Avoid exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage.
We reserve the right to enforce penalties, including temporary or permanent bans, for violations of these Terms.

These Terms may also be updated, and the latest version will always be available within the Game or on our website. Continued use of Chicken Road after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Chicken Road at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms or discontinuation of the Game.

Chicken Road is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Game will be error-free, secure, or always available. Your use of Chicken Road is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Chicken Road, including loss of data, virtual items, or progress.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of your jurisdiction.
